Color grading the infrared’s

Today was a very busy day at work, and I don't think that it will calm down for the rest of the week. I will just have to see if there is any energy left at the end of the day for any photography.

A few days ago I found a video on YouTube that explained what lenses works and what lenses that don't work with IR converted Fujifilm cameras. I have had totally different results for my tests so far, so I switched to the XF 60mm f2.4 macro, that I found used for $50, connected its to the IR converted Fujifilm X-E1, and went out to the garden. I got a few good shots, and I think I have found a little niche I love to shoot.

So far I have edited the infrared images as pure black and white, but today I tried to add some very tiny dash of color using the color grading tool in Lightroom. Love the results, so I think this is the way to go forward with the infrared images.
